employee was cake mixer and her left shoulder was hurting prior to starting. as she worked throughout the day her shoulder got worse to the point she can 't lift her arm above eye level. (Employee statement) Employee was taking apart the cake depositor for a wash down and as she lifted the front of the cake depositor body she felt a very sharp pain in left shoulder bicep and part of upper back latissimus dorsi muscle area.
