What happened

Forklift operator in the Slitting Department was disposing of scrap metal in the dumpster (to the side of the [REDACTED]) on [REDACTED]. When he was finished unloading the scrap and was reversing away from the dumpster he reversed into the dirt barrier of the roadway. This area had a small bump so the forklift went into the bump and it caused discomfort
