EMPLOYEE CLIMED ON LADDER TO RETRIEVE CLOCK ATTACHED TO A BEAM BY LINE 4 BOTTOMER. AS HE WAS COMING DOWN THE LADDER HE MISSED PUTTING HIS FOOT ON THE LAST STEP ON THE LADDER AND FELL TO THE GROUND. WHEN HE FELL TO THE GROUND THE EMPLOYEE LANDED ON LEFT BUTTOCKS AND LOWER LEFT BACK.
