What happened

Employee alleges as while exiting the passenger side of the truck at [REDACTED] he slipped on the steps of the truck. While catching himself from the fall he landed hard on the ground outside the truck. Employee alleges as he landed on his feet but felt a pain on the bottom of his right foot that he was able to tolerate for the remainder of his deliveries. Employee reported the incident upon return to the warehouse. Employee does wish to have the injury examined medically.
