Before the incident

Climbing out of a truck bed while grabbing a ladder rack.

What happened

Coworker was retrieving a roll of plastic from the truck bed. To assist himself in getting down from the truck he reached for the ladder rack but grabbed a hold of the ladder instead. The ladder moved & he slipped and fell apparently hitting his head.

Injury or illness

Coworker initially complained of a mild headache and continued to work. Later after work he decided to go to his doctor where they advised he had a mild concussion.
