What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Employee was picking up boxes that were delivered by UPS onto a pallet. When employee picked up a box that had a heavy sticker on it employee had felt pain in their upper back area. Also previously when picking up jugs employee felt some tension in their upper back. Employee thought the pain would pass but [REDACTED] the pain is still there.
