Employee was returning from the [REDACTED] to the [REDACTED] and was walking through the Parking Garage

What happened

Fell near the bottom of the incline adjacent to the propane heater; she tripped over the lip of cement raised part of cement in the loading dock area. Employee stated that after the fall she attempted to walk toward the [REDACTED] Entrance. She reported that after trying to enter through the [REDACTED] Entrance she believed the door was locked. As a result she turned around and proceeded to walk toward the Small Rollup Door. Supervisor proceeded to the Security Console door to await employee 's arrival unaware that a fall had occurred. Upon observing employee supervisor noticed that employee appeared to be in distress. Employee stated that she was feeling slightly light-headed and informed supervisor that she had fallen in the Parking Garage near the small roll up before the ADA accessible ramp.
