[REDACTED] stated he was servicing garbage route [REDACTED] with tipper and driver in truck #4519 in the [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. While trying to service a cart at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] stated he stepped off driver side rear riding step onto the wet grass. [REDACTED] said he twisted his left ankle and fell to the ground. [REDACTED] tried to continue the route but could not stand the pain so asked driver to bring him to the yard at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was wearing all proper PPE.
