As the crew was servicing the [REDACTED] stepped into an exposed swear drain at [REDACTED] stated he was walking sideways catching cans that the other tipper was tossing him (after being emptied). After the 3rd can [REDACTED] said he fell in the drain. [REDACTED] stated his left leg went all the way down in the drain and he braced hi9s self with his left arm and right
