What happened
TM allegedly was driving the OP on the left side of [REDACTED] when the picking cart made contact with a skid that was sticking out from location WH-48[REDACTED]00. When the cart made contact with the skid it caused the OP to come to a sudden stop. The TM went forward and hit the right side of their for head. This caused a cut that needed medical attention.
