What happened

TM has been feeling pain in his left elbow at night when trying to rest. He also reported he has a lump on his finger left index as well. [REDACTED] stated this incident may be from pushing and pulling the sterilization carts which causes daily stress on his hand and arm. [REDACTED] was called he was referred to tele-med; he told the nurse he has plans on seeing his doctor on [REDACTED]. The nurse then recommended he go to Hackensack Merdian.
