Employee took a stack of trays from post-sterilization to tray loaders. When the employee was placing the stack of trays in the conveyor of tray loader 5 the top tray fell off and hit the employees right leg in the shin. Employee has a small scratch in his shin. Employee applied ice in the affected area.
