What happened

While he was assisting with a water service replacement and was bending a 1 copper pipe by hand to achieve a 90 degree angle curve allowing the pipe to come up from the trench into a meter box. As he was bending the pipe he felt 3 pops in his right forearm followed by sharp pain.
