Before the incident

Employee was opening a 4x4 mold door that was stuck to the cement product.

What happened

As the employee was pulling on the mold door they stepped backwards placing their left leg first on the ground and unknowingly straightened out their knee. The movement of their body in combination with their knee being straightened out caused them to hyperextend their knee which in turn caused a strain.
