Employee was assisting resident with toileting

The employee was assisting a resident with toileting. After the resident finished using the restroom she helped him wipe and pull up his pants. As she did so the residents legs weakened and he fell back onto the employee. Once the resident was safely seated the employee stood up and immediately felt a sharp pain on the right side of her lower back.
