At the time two technicians from Max Air were on-site installing a gas line. When one of the technicians briefly stepped away He voluntarily offered to help move the Bio-Electrical Safety Cabinet back into place. He stated that he did not lift the cabinet in sync with the other individual which may have caused a strain and a potential tear.
