What happened

While Providing Door-to-door Service The Driver Assisted A Client In A Manual Wheelchair Up A Ramp To Their Residence. The Wheelchair Occupant Was Described As Very Heavy Estimated At 300-400 Lbs. During The Push The Driver Lost Traction Slipped And Struck Their Right Knee On The Ramp Surface Then Slid Down The Ramp. The Client Maintained Grip On The Ramp handhold To Prevent The Wheelchair From Rolling Backward. No Client Fall Occurred
