What happened

EMPLOYEE WAS DELIVERING PACKAGE TO RESIDENCE THE CUSTOMER HAD A FLOOR MAT ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF THE STEPS. THE GROUND UNDER THE MAT WAS UNEVEN AND CRACKED. THE COURIER COULD NOT SEE THAT THE GROUND WAS UNEVEN UNDER THE MAT. WHEN SHE STEPPED ON THE MAT SHE TWISTED HER ANKLE AND FELL ON THE GROUND.
