What happened

Employee was working as a forklift driver during harvest for the binning lines. They were running low on propane so they decided to take their lift to the west side propane cage to refuel. While they were removing their propane tank they stated that the bracket that holds the tank on the forklift sprung up and hit them in the ribs and arm.
