On [REDACTED] I was working in the OR during a case. I was moving hustling walking from one side of the OR bed to the other. There was an unseen puddle of fluid on the floor near the suction matt. I did not see it slipped in it went up in the air and then landed on my left side: Shoulder wrist hip and knee when I came down to the floor. I was sore of course at the time of the fall but kept working as being in some pain at the time of an injury is to be expected.
