What happened

was attempting to get resident changed and dressed she began to get agitated and refused to stand up. another staff member and i got her to her feet but then she straightened her body out and she was sliding off the bed so we both took ahold of her and transferred her to the wheelchair. I felt something pull in my right upper arm.
