What happened

While doing AM care on a resident I tried to get her to pivot into her wheelchair. I felt a slight pull near my belly button. It hurt and could move bending over made it hurt worse. Director of Nursing was called and I was directed to call the Triage nurse for workers comp and then went to be checked at Urgent care.
