Before the incident
Over the past several [REDACTED] Ive noticed increasing discomfort and pain in my wrists mostly right which I believe may be related to repetitive movements required by my job duties. I spend the majority of my workday at a desk performing computer based tasks: typing data entry and frequent navigation between multiple systems. The pain typically starts as a dull ache and becomes more noticeable with extended periods of typing or mouse use. When the pain becomes uncomfortable to perform regular computer I need to stop every few minutes to rotate my wrists and stretch out my hand. I havent had a specific incident or injury; the symptoms appear to have developed gradually over time due to repetitive motion and prolonged computer use.
