[REDACTED] was traveling on his pallet jack from the cold dock onto the dry dock. when [REDACTED] was in front of doors [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] he began to bounce up and down on his pallet jack. After a couple bounces the [REDACTED] 's right foot slipped off the pallet jack and onto the floor where it was run over by his own pallet jack.
