Before the incident

While resetting the machine after a jam the employee completed the task and proceeded to assist a co-worker in the packing area.

What happened

As she was walking toward the packing station she slipped and fell on a blue bin located on the floor. In an attempt to break the fall and protect her face she instinctively extended both hands forward. As a result of the fall she sustained a fracture to her right wrist a contusion of the right elbow and a sprain to her left wrist.
