What happened

[REDACTED] was bringing a pallet jack with an empty pallet back to the warehouse. As he was going through the door he turned and went to swap hands with the pallet jack. As he swapped hands and turned the pallet sliced his right Achilles heel. He then turned again and cut his left Achilles.
