He was walking up the stairs with a bucket of deptal. The deptal splashed on to the back of his right leg behind the knee as he was going up the stairs. He said he didn’t ' tell anyone right away. He waited approximately 10 minutes before telling his trainer but he said that he didn 't understand what he was saying. [REDACTED] did not escalate the situation to anybody else. He texted the 1st shift supervisor at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] with a picture of the back of his right knee where spots of skin were burned off.
