Before the incident

I was painting the safety area near the women 's restroom door. During this time I noticed a pull or strain in my ankle. But I kept working until I finished the task. Once I got home [REDACTED] there was a little strain but nothing concerning. On [REDACTED] there was pain when I got up. I put on some Voltaren cream and a compression sleeve and rested for the day. [REDACTED] I took some [REDACTED] and put on the compression sleeve and came to work.
