Employee was dumping bowl number 2 on vemag when bowl came down it got stuck again on the forks. employee pull to the left then right as employee was instructed to help remove the bowl. When employee did so they felt that they had pulled left shoulder and now has pain and a nerve pinch in lower back. Employee feels left shoulder has like a knock in it when they rotate it.
