[REDACTED] was hanging [REDACTED] on the e-coat line. She did not have a part fully secured on the paint rack when she let go. The part fell off the rack and hit her on the top of her head. [REDACTED] was not wearing a bump cap at this time. [REDACTED] was brought to workplace health and was given 4 staples. She was given no work restrictions. [REDACTED] did note that the paint rack she was trying to use had excessive paint build up which made it more difficult to secure the parts properly.
