What happened

Tape measure got pinched inside pipe. He tried pulling it out again a bit harder. It was still stuck. Tape slid along his hands cutting through safety gloves cutting his fingers

Cut left index finger requiring 6 stitches. Cut right index finger requiring skin to be glued by ER. Allowed zero use of hand until 02 05 023.
