Employee was standing in [REDACTED] parking facing the building and went to back up and fell over the curb. Employee fell backwards and hit the left side of head. Employee also hit and scraped left elbow. + leg. Ice was applied to head and it continued to hurt and a knot popped up. Employee was also feeling nauseous she was taken to the emergency room.
