Analyst was observed rubbing their hands and indicated that their hands hurt. They reported that that they went to an orthopedic urgent care and received a tendinitis diagnosis. The analyst rotates between repetitive manipulation of media and bottles as well as high volumens of manual paperwork. The EP lab work is predominantly paper based work. Employee was painting the weekend prior (canvas painting). Has been hurting for entire week. Overuse and repetitive motion lack of break. Doing subcultures when pain was too much. Pain also experienced during lifting into autoclave. Doctor says too much Lego hand and [REDACTED] hand and when thumb touches pinkie.
