What happened

Upon sitting in the desk chair the wheel on the chair broke throwing teammate on the floor where she hit the back of her head on the floor. She became instantly dizzy and was not able to rise. She was alone in the front office at the time. THen a member of housekeeping entered the building followed shortly after by the writer. The teammate was assisted to getting up and sitting in a chair. Is not laying on a mat.
