Patient had gone to the bathroom and was getting ready to transfer back to bed from wheelchair

What happened

Upon transfer to bed patient lost balance in middle of stand pivot transfer and fell into [REDACTED] onto the bed and then hit the wheelchair at which time she felt a pop in her Right leg and instant burning and pain in leg and back causing her to limp.
