just got done assisting a resident with her food

What happened

I was called by one of my teammates to help her get the resident ready for the day. while changing the bedding I try to get the protection pad under the resident properly while placing the protection pad my left-hand middle finger got stock it was so painful then my finger started feeling numb i took off the gloves immediately look at my finger it started craving at the tip of it. i walked up to my [REDACTED] office she was not on seat therefore i had to inform the administrator show her my finger and she told me to reach out to an urgent care [LEFT MIDDLE FINGER- PC]
