ADLs for a resident.

I was doing ADLs for resident along with another CNA as I went to turn my body my right foot got tripped by front wheelchair wheel and twisted inward. As it happened resident was falling backwards but I held that position for about 20 seconds so that the resident wouldn 't fall backwards. A third aid was entering the bathroom as it happened and she saw my face turn completely red.
