What happened

The employee was straightening a truss on the outgoing rollers leading to the final press. The employee had stepped off the truss table momentarily to do this. Upon getting back on the table and backing up his head bumped into a staple gun hanging from a hook. The staple gun fired shooting a staple into the employee 's head. Staple guns are hung on a hook above the table to keep them away from the gantry when not in use.
