EE was attempting to help de-escalate situation while nurses had given order for patient to be placed in emergency restraining chair.

As EE was directing pt to get into the restraining chair pt became agitated and refused to get in the chair. pt then stated that if they touched him he would hit them. When they attempted to place pt in chair he punched EE in the right pectoral muscle leaving a sizeable contusion.
