IW was using a hand truck loaded with six cases of beer when he lifted the hand truck over two steps to access the basement. During the lift the IW felt stiffness in his left ankle and a sensation as though the ankle rolled. He reported that it did not cause significant pain but described experiencing stiffness and a tingling sensation.
