What happened

[REDACTED] Stated that the forklift driver placed the AJ Container at the C-3-6 line but was a foot and a half further than were they usually place it and IE decided to push the container . IE pushed the container closer to him as he was pushing the container. IE felt a sharp pain in upper middle back he did not inform anyone about the pain and went on with his work at lunch time around [REDACTED] IE took medication [REDACTED] 800mg and once lunch was done return to work .At [REDACTED] the pain return and thats when IE inform the Supervisor and Safety and was sent to the clinic
