What happened

Arrived at Costco in [REDACTED]. While I was bringing the tires out of the work van lost my footing on the curb which led me to twist my ankle and fall. I waited on the floor for about 5-6 minutes while cost co employees helped me. It was hard to stand and put pressure on my right foot so I called my TLC leader of the situation which my pain levels were increasing
