WHILE REMOVING A TOOL FROM THE AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER UNIT HE DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER REMOVAL TOOL BECAUSE IT WAS BEING USED BY SOMEONE ELSE. HE IMPROVISED AND WHEN TAKING THE TOOL OUT IT DROPPED CAUSING HIS HAND TO HIT ANOTHER TOOL UNDERNEATH THE TOOL HE WAS TAKING OUT.
