Before the incident

Normal Job duties. While installing our produced over-head canopy on the store TV Wall the canopy was being held by myself [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] Stone. Myself and [REDACTED] were on 8 foot ladders while [REDACTED] was beneath the canopy holding it and [REDACTED] was stabilizing the ladders.

What happened

The canopy slipped out of the store backwall and started to fall. I continued my hold on the canopy but it 's weight pulled my arm downward. After our team stabilized the unit on the floor my arm was in pain.
