Before the incident

Operator shared with me [REDACTED] that his elbow started hurting [REDACTED] when hammering on plugs on a final drive. He did not think much of it until it continued to hurt. He rested it over the weekend and was not able to lift a hammer or power tools during his shift [REDACTED]. That is when he reported it to me.

He says he was hammering to remove some plugs and his arm elbow started hurting. He thought it was from all the hammering that day and went home and rested it.
