What happened

I tried to break down the grinder and it was too tight and I used too much force on morn than one occasion and I felt that every time I tried using force I began to feel burning and pressure in my stomach. I stopped trying lo break it down and the discomfort passes but later after a few hours I felt burning and pain when I moved.
