What happened

After welding he removed his long sleeve shirt and notice he had a puncture in his right arm He assumes a wire wheel brush piece got into his shirt and through moving around it stuck him in the right arm from earlier in the day when he was using the wire wheel. Removing wire piece through first aid did not work per urgent care he has been referred to general surgery.
