preparing to perform monthly weight checks with 2 person Hoyer coworker [REDACTED]

What happened

Performing monthly weight check for resident and using the hoyer lift to transfer resident. The wheels of the hoyer lift were not moving easily with the resident in it and needed to use more force which resulted in a sharp pain in my lower bilateral back.
