What happened

IW was transferring the loading dock bumper from a cart onto the scale. IW was rotating torso instead of turning with his feet. Item was supposed to be team lifted but IW thought the part was a different one that was lighter. Lifted two separate bumpers from the cart to the scale and back. Felt pain after returning bumpers to the cart.
