Lowering a reel of paper onto a wagon

What happened

The team member was lowering a reel of paper onto a cart with [REDACTED] Hoist. Just after the reel was set on the cart the hoist drive cabinet let loose from the hoist and fell. When the electrical wires caught it swung the cabinet to the west the wires broke free and the cabinet continued to fall striking the team member and knocking him to the floor. Emergency responders were called immediately and the team member was transported to [REDACTED]. The drive cabinet wieighed 168 pounds and had dimensions of 40 x 12 x 24.
